When navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, or postpartum adjustment feels overwhelming, specialized support matters.

A woman with short curly brown hair wearing a dark blazer, white graphic T-shirt, gold necklaces, a watch, and sitting on a brown chair against a beige background.

You’re not meant to carry this alone.

You may have imagined pregnancy, early parenthood, or building your family very differently than this.

When infertility, pregnancy loss, or postpartum challenges enter the picture, it can bring waves of anxiety, grief, and questions you can’t seem to turn off.

You may find yourself researching late into the night, wondering what went wrong.

Or feeling emotions you didn’t expect—jealousy, shame, anger, fear.

This is where specialized support matters.

I work with people who are moving through infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum seasons that can make the path to parenthood feel destabilizing and overwhelming. Together, we bring clarity to what you’re carrying and develop practical ways to help you feel more regulated, more supported, and less alone in it.

In our work together, there is space to name the thoughts and feelings that may feel too heavy or complicated to say anywhere else. We slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the anxiety, and develop practical ways to help you feel more regulated day to day.

Support from someone who truly understands this territory

Many of the people who find their way to my practice have already tried to explain their experience to others — friends, family members, even other professionals — only to feel misunderstood or minimized.

Infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum mental health challenges exist in a space that is often invisible to the outside world. The grief can be ambiguous. The anxiety relentless. The questions endless.

As a perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), this is the work I have chosen to focus on. I have dedicated my training and clinical practice to understanding the psychological realities of infertility, reproductive loss, and the postpartum period.

Clients often tell me that one of the greatest reliefs in our work together is not having to start by explaining why this hurts so much. We can begin from a place of shared understanding.

Clients often describe our work together
as both grounding and clarifying.

They tell me it is a relief to speak openly about thoughts and emotions they’ve felt unable to say anywhere else (perhaps jealousy, anger, ambivalence, or fear) and to have those experiences met with understanding rather than judgment.

At the same time, our work is not only about talking through what’s painful. Together we identify patterns, make sense of what’s happening beneath the anxiety, and develop practical ways to help you feel more regulated and supported between sessions.

Many clients say that for the first time in a long while, they leave a session feeling a little more steady—and with something concrete to try in the week ahead.

My practice is dedicated to supporting people navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health challenges, and birth trauma.
